The best way to understand what we do is to learn what we’ve done for other businesses and how we did it.

TIGR MEV Main View *

The TIGR MEV Main view is the entry point of the user interface where a researcher loads one or more experiments for further analysis. Each column represents a single experiment and each row represents a gene. The names of the experiments are displayed vertically above each column and any field of interest can be displayed to the right of each row. On the left side of the “Main View” is a navigation tree. Each cluster analysis performed is added as a separate node in the tree so the user can quickly navigate between views. The History node in the tree lists all modifications (i.e. normalization) that have been made to the data.
