DataNaut utilizes a proprietary Project Management process that ensures our clients receive the same level of attention and quality they would from a U.S.-only company while benefiting from the Offshore cost savings of our Hybrid approach.
Each client is assigned a U.S.-based project manager. The project manager works with the client to develop
the functional specifications and project plan including schedule and milestones.
The project manager remains with the client for the entire duration of the project ensuring
that DataNaut continues to meet our clients expectations.

Utilizing DataNaut's custom project management tools, the Project Manager coordinates all communication between the client and the development team, eliminating language and time barriers. The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring the project's meetings of all QA metrics and for the final delivery and acceptance of the project by the client.
For clients with large complex projects that require a significant collaborative effort, DataNaut also utilizes U.S.-based System Engineers. These System Engineers are Domain Experts that bring with them both valuable experience in the development of large complex systems and specific knowledge directly relevant to our client's needs.
